I am pleading with the Republican Party to resolutely reject the postmodern philosophical premises that are the foundation of such defective thinking. Why can't the Republican Party once again be the party of the individual? Why should we pander to all these identity groups? WE ARE ALL AMERICANS and that is all that matters--or should matter. Screw the Hispanic vote. Screw the Black vote. Screw the White vote or Women's vote. Forget the LGBT. And speak to people as individuals. GO FOR THE INTELLIGENT VOTE. GO AFTER THE SANE VOTE. SPEAK TO THOSE OF US WHO DON'T GIVE A FLYING F*** WHAT COLOR OR CREED OR ETHIC ORIGIN A PERSON HAPPENS TO BE. Appeal to the BEST within each person. In Hebrew, amen is pronounced a bit closer to Oh-MEYN (the vowels are a kamatz and a tzere), and the accent is on the second syllable.
I'd love to learn some phrases in Hebrew and any form of Gaelic, but I just butcher languages, even English.... Thank goodness the Japanese are very tolerant.

I'm still working on learning the kanji for "Fox fire". And that's *after* watching tons of fan-sub Naruto.... (A "ninja" that's part of the Fire tribe.)
きつね火 is "kitsuni bi"- which is the correct word for what we call foxfire....
Someday, I'm going to get the custom design for this site finished. >.<

Incidentally, there is a kanji for kitsune. I don't know that I trust that site's interpretation of the radicals ("sin melon?") but they appear to have gotten the character right at any rate. Not that I really know enough to criticize, but I do have a furigana dictionary and a hazy memory of some Japanese classes.
