Muwhahaha! Excellent!

1,200 "retail clinics"!  (That's a walk-in clinic that doesn't do urgent care-- the routine sort of stuff).  Following the trail that started here, I find that there's also over 3k "urgent care" centers in their database.  (That's stuff you don't want to go to an emergency room for, but do need work on, and generally also do stuff if you don't have a family doctor-- my first interaction was when I got a throat infection.)

I think they're way low, since I know of two urgent care centers in my zip code-- and they list neither, but do list one I didn't know about. ^.^

A bit less on the consumer side, but handy for small medical practices, is the medical testing clinics-- you can be sent in by your doctor, or you can hire them yourself to do one of dozens of tests.  (Here's one of the places THOSE clinics send  stuff to get tested.{I know of that one because the sign caught my eye})

Isn't this nifty?
